New here, Thanks for having me.

Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? I have read numerous reviews in magazines about how good this rifle is, but I have not seen any post on any of the forums about them. I am thinking of getting one. I like the fact that it is chambred in 5.56 and I can use AR mags in it.

Thanks in advance,

Alan

Thanks guys. I am wanting an 18 in version and would put my AAC M4 2000 on the end of it. I have always wanted a good bolt gun, but also don't want to have to buy all kinds of different ammo. It gets expensive.

I have the 20" version, from what I have been reading in the reviews the 20" is getting better sub moa groupings than the 18.5" bull barrel (go figure)

Go to Academy Sports in Cumming when they open on Monday (03/18/2013)... per the sales folks they are due to get some in... so they say. The said there were 50 or so of them in their warehouse in Jefferson, but didn't know what varieties or how many would be going to each store... worth a shot. I had to go to Augusta to get mine.

Nothing but love for this rifle.

I got the 18.5 inch version and had the barrel threaded, standard A2 flash suppressor installed.
It still has the stock no-name scope on it, but it does well enough for now...

10 rounds at 25 yards.

I haven't had the time to take it to an outdoor range, though. The nearest one I know of is about an hour away. :p Can't wait for the opportunity to see what I can do with a proper bench rest and three hundred yards...

I've got the stock ten round magazine, a thirty round steel magazine and two PMAGs - they all seem to work great. The PMAGs, however, do allow me to cycle the action on empty, the stock mag won't allow me to close the bolt with no rounds in it.

The trigger is adjustable, comes from the factory set to 2.5 lbs.

What else can I say... sweet rifle.
