I don't know why anyone would consider any firearm listed for sale on a gun forum "never fired" when there is no way to determine one way or the other by looking at it.

It was fired at the factory and I have target to prove it's accuracy. New unfired in box!
Im sure there are plenty of AR garage guns that sold and never saw brass until the buyer risked his life test firing.
