If I'm seeking a pistol, how come I'm not allowed to post a shotgun in the handgun section? I'd like to trade a shotgun for a Glock, but the ad I posted was moved. Maybe wording wasn't clear on my part, but I was trying to pick up a Glock.

Look at it this way, if you are shopping for a handgun do you want a bunch of shotguns in the handgun section?
And if you want to trade your shotgun for a handgun, wouldn't someone who is shopping for a shotgun be more likely to answer your ad than someone looking for a handgun?

Because what you are selling or trading is a shotgun, therefore, moved into long gun section
