You should definitely carry at Piedmont park
perfectly legal to cc in public parks
or open carry

Park in the parking deck off Monroe, I think it's worchester st, there are some good spots to picnic a short walk from the garage.
Piedmont is a great place to carry. As a matter of fact I had someone follow me out of the park a couple weeks back; and I was glad to have been armed. Thankfully no shots fired.
