OK, so it's time to get serious about shedding some pounds. But what does it cost? Quick weight loss
seems to be the popular way to go....any thoughts.

I know that places like QW are appealing but the truth is, weightloss is Free.

Check out a low carbohydrate plan. If you stick to it, you'll shed pounds like MAD. It's not easy to stick to, but it works quickly once you become a fat burner and not a carb burner.

Good luck!

Do this for a month:

You don't even have to cardio. But it'll help. The other 4 days of the week you can eat what ever you want, just remember every tater chip and dr pepper ****s up all you progress from those three miserable days. Enjoy!

Wow... hot dogs? sodium rich deli meat? ice cream? processed foods? Sorry, dude this is not a balanced nor healthy diet in my opinion. I've dropped 18 pounds in 6 weeks eating a high protein, balanced diet of fresh food (not processed), maintaining a diet under 1800 cals and increasing my physical activity. It's not rocket science, just discipline. The best thing I've found to keep my discipline in check is food journaling. I use MyFitnessPal app.

I got angry at that app :)

Has anybody tried the DDP - Yoga workout and/or going gluten free? Hear the yoga workout gets good results as well as gluten free diet.
