I'll think about this! Buckhead location is 5 minutes away from my house, the few times I have gone to that one, I usually leave shortly after because of the clients in the left or right, didn't trust them understanding gun safety. Your range officers did a great job addressing and correcting, but was enough to not go back.

I appreciate your honesty. Just so you know, I personally train, and certify every single employee who works at all of the Georgia locations, Zonolite Road, Buckhead and Savannah as NRA certified Range Safety Officers. Yes we do get a lot of new or inexperienced shooters, but these people train, and work with these scenarios every single day. We have never had an incident where someone has gotten hurt. We have had and will continue to have on occasion, someone or someones ejected from the range from the RSO for failure to comply to our safety rules, or continually failing to follow the RSO commands. Our whole business is based on our reputation as being the safest indoor shooting environment in Atlanta/ Georgia. We keep you safe while you have a great shooting experience. My RSO's are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and are there to serve you. What they won't do is to allow anyone including themselves to compromise our safety standards. We have a very large membership base, with almost a 75% renewal rate every year. We do have dollar for dollar the best membership anywhere. Just the fact that we do NOT give "guest coupons" is big in itself.
