Rare Breed FRT-15 Video Response

My thing from the get go about the ATF, is that THEY aren't legislators. So how can they create a law if they're not legislators? Courts are like wars, they are important. Wars are a physical fights, where as courts are financial fights. Gov'ts are reliant on citizens to keep them functioning. For example the War in Afghanistan, the Taliban don't have close to half the technology, military might, etc that we have. But we still couldn't beat them, due to their morale, strategies, and primarily the will to win the fight. Same with Pol Pot, Ho Chi Minh, and countless others that we warred with and lost. To be honest, we haven't won a real MAJOR war in quite some time. War on poverty, drugs, crime etc even on our own turf. So at times, it's not whose the strongest, but who has the balls to dig in and fight the hardest usually wins. Courts on the other hand, work in favor of those who follow the laws and have laws & experts on their side. Money is an object the Gov't uses to win most cases, due to the other side not having much to fight back with. But if we come together with a proper plan and stick to our guns we can BEAT ANYONE!! Just my opinion.

The video is a competent defense of Rare Breed's position. But the one thing that isn't in there is the mention of any prior coordination or determination/assessment/evaluation of the product(s) with CURRENT BATFE agents or entities.

Plenty of former employees, etc. and a correctly stated evaluation of the litigation process to come, but to me personally I think that if we do not win the House in 2022 (possibly win back the Senate, also) all this will be just a delaying function that will eventually be channeled off to some Obama judicial court and be Pelosi-trampled.

As it stands NOW, FRT and us are standing against a deep state government backed by a limitless financial armada of DOJ lawyers and process where their 'interpretations and assessments' will win in a specially set Obama appointed court....

ATF just keeps throwing **** at the wall hoping something is going to stick. I'm afraid something eventually will.

80% lowers, braces, FRT triggers.. what's next?

I agree, but why did the ‘bump stock’ community roll over and submit when their product was declared a machine gun?

Not sure there was a lot of choice there. People made a boatload of comments, a lot of reps and Senators got a lot of calls, but all that was simply noise.

The only real hope was a lawsuit stopping it, and except for the one still dragging on out West (UT I think) they all failed. Once that happened it became law just like anything else the ATF rules on.

Not sure I'd call that 'rolling over'... I can't think of too many people willing to risk felony time just to have a range toy.

For those that don't know, rare breed is owned by a lawyer.
That's a good thing. But the ATF, backed by a Xiden DOJ has a literal army of lawyers and unlimited financial resources. That's Democrats' power play right now - issue edicts, opinions and rules and implement, DARING those objectors to litigate it out in a court where they will likely channel over to some Ubama Judge. If they lose, then they'll keep continuing all the way to the USSC and even then they'll just implement and ignore whatever ruling comes they don't like. It's how they roll now that they're in charge.

Not wrong. However it explains why FRT is putting up a fight when the bumpstock lobby didn't. Free lawyer is free

Just checked their site. They are still selling and right now they are intermittently taking credit cards. If you have $400, buy one just out of spite and to possibly help fund their legal defense. $400 is a lot cheaper than the ones popping up here for $900+ and in my personal opinion, again, that money will be going to a company we can all respect for not going tits up.
