Rash question.. What the heck did I get into in my yard?!

Did a bunch of work on my overgrown yard, and some light tree work. That was two weeks ago, ever since then I've had this crazy rash on the tops of my forearms and the back of my neck. Don't think I got into critters but who knows... anyone have any idea at all?

When my son gets into poison ivy/oak, he washes up with old fashioned lye soap.

I get sure enough blisters when it's poison ivy, but it effects everybody differently.

I'm severely allergic to ivy, this hasn't and wont spread past my forearms.... I checked lol.

That was my first thought but its only in a couple places and only really on my forearms and I thought those would be in a lot more places. Idk.

Tried hydrocortisone, benedryl, anti-microbial soap, and an antibiotic cream. All for a few days each and nothing.
