Where do the ratings show up for "rate this thread"?

I remember seeing this in the past beside the thread in the main forum post but not recently.

They need to show up at the top of the screen or on the line next to the add to be effective and they don't. I can only see the rating when I click the rate this thread icon.

I see the threads but not the ratings...

Right there in the thread title (second thread). But it only shows up in the Subscribed threads, not in "New Posts" or other page where I can see.

They used to show up in the thread lists but I believe they are turned off right now.

Actually I think I have it set to where a thread has to have a minimum number of ratings before it displays it
