Call RCBS and see what they say. They may send them to you for free. They are that good of a company.
I will try calling them I looked on thier website but their website kind of sucks for searching out parts you dont know the name of.
Did u try to download the schematic for the press? I would call after u get part numbers from the schematics

Just saw this and hope this helps. If it is A Uniflow powder measue RCBS will help you. I got a new cap and hopper/cylinder from them for my measure that is 40 years old. Both at no charge!
Then I will call!
just saw two handles listed here may be usable and flexible in price -
ask rcbs for a new handle also.

Handles are already made. That only cost me a few bucks to do.
Not trying to steal the thread but I've had the same good service from Lyman also.
