Recent 1937 Mauser Luger Acquisition

Just picked up a 1937 Mauser luger I purchased from legacy collectibles. All matching numbers on everything except the magazine. Took it apart and cleaned it and looks to be in great mechanical shape and the bore is good. Now I just need to find a nice holster for it.

Ebay has repro holsters. Get one that has the tool that comes with it. Really helps loading mags.

And repro mags are still made.

I highly recommend Mecgar mags. I use them in my shooter Lugers and they function flawlessly. If you are interested in a modern holster design, I purchased one from Old ElPaso Saddlery. I use it when I’m retro carrying.
