Recommended Ammo for 300 win mag

i have a browning hell’s canyon 300 win mag wanting info on what brand and grain groups good and works for deer hunting. I’ve tried 180 grain Hornady,180 Remington, 180 Federal none of these to impressive in my gun Any advice would be appreciated tks

I've always had very good results with Federal Premium Safari loaded with 180 gr. Nosler Partition bullets.

Federal is my go to load to start in any rifle....they usually best the other manufacturers by a fair amount,especially their premium line.GLTY .

 

[Bypass]

I like Sierra match king Hollow points in 168 grain. Some will say they are not designed for hunting but I have had very good luck with hollow points for hunting.
