I think it's mid 80's but im not sure. I do remember buying ammo at Western Auto for less than a dollar. I also remember as a kid shooting with my dad and for me big game was hunting fuzzy tailed tree rats. But my shooting stories only go back a little over 40 years as I'm only 49.it's not that old, is it? The box looks like it could be late 1970s to early 1980s, but the price is rather high. I would expect $2.09 for a box of 50 ordinary .22LR rounds to be a late 1980s or even 1990s price.
