I have a rifle with this trigger, which had a recall years ago. The current manufacturer of the Remington 700 will not warranty the older guns. Can the XMP trigger be repaired or do I just need to replace it with an aftermarket trigger? Thanks.

Put a TT in it.
Replace it with an aftermarket trigger
Remington triggers are crap. Get a Timney, jewel, or trigger tech. None of my rifles have stock triggers.
I just put a Timney in a friend’s 700. It was super easy and was a huge improvement over the garbage OEM trigger.
TT for the win but timney is legit too
Bix n Andy or Trigger tech.
