Remington 770 issues

anyone familiar with Remington 77 bolt and extraction issues? looking for more local help than google

the kid in the pic had his bolt fall out before trying to reload fast to kill some coyotes but never saw or heard anything else about it. extractor not broken/chipped and still has spring? im in to see what you come up with.
