Remington 870 Express .410 info and value

You’re right they make the same model with changeable chokes, so it’s better. That’s a 870 express in .410.

Well then post it for 900$. Sounds like you’ve already determined your answer to your own question, they make 870 express all day every day. Nice gun but nothing special

I’m not really looking to sell it. Thanks for your input. Or argument. Whatever it’s supposed to be. I know exactly what an 870 Express is and I know this is an Express. It’s right there on the receiver and I can actually read. I’m asking for educated info about this SPECIFIC shotgun that I have posted and not some out of stock link with choke tubes that you keep referencing. I don’t care about a new one or removable choke tubes. You still haven’t shown me one REM 870 Express in 410 that is available for purchase for $350.

The 870 express in 410 was discontinued in 2021 so the prices on the secondary market have been increasing over the last few years.
The 870 fieldmaster which replaced the express is only available in 12 and 20 at this time.
The higher grade 870 Wingmaster is still produced in 410 bore and has an MSRP of $1235 with retail prices approaching MSRP with some vendors.

As a general rule, the express will be a few hundred less than a wingmaster in comparable condition.
One thing to consider if purchasing as a collectible, If Remington should release the fieldmaster in 410, then the value of the express could decrease significantly.

While I have owned several early Remington models over the years, I would spend the extra dollars for a Browning BPS in 410 :D

Thank you sir. I appreciate that kind of info. A BPS is always a step up from an 870 for me any day!
