mine has always been a wood dowel about 2" long, and a rubber mallet, tap it the way it needs to go, if taking it out, go right to left. I use a caliper measuring from side t side and move in about .015 increments. Been shooting Glocks in competitions since they came ut, never even seen a Glock sight tool other than front sight removal tools.

move sights, Front in the Opposite way it needs to go Rear in the Same way it needs to go
I actually ended up getting it with a thick punch and hammer without damaging the sight in any way. Thanks for the tips and offers! Post can be removed.
