Scotts Brand. It has been a workhorse but needs an owner with more small engine knowledge than I have. Koehler Command 16 HP engine, electric start. It needs a battery and a small front tire tube. Engine cranks but smokes a lot. May just need cleaning or may have a blown gasket. Has a vacuum/bagging attachment which works great and is main reason I've kept it so long. First person to show up with a trailer takes it home. I have an extra battery that will work. $20 if you want it.
