just got news a buddy of mine was robbed at gun point last night in hiram. he was at a 4 way stop in front of hiram elementary when a car blocked him in front and truck in the rear. 4 guys gout out of car came to his car with guns drawn. said they seen him at the ATM, he handed over the money and they ran. just a heads up fellas in the area

Wow, he had no choice, he gave up the money and lived that is what matters. The numbers were just to big against him!

Guess I'd have gotten shot up! No tough guy talk but if I have 4 people w/ guns pulled on me, I'm going to assume that I'm shot one way or another.

Understandable attitude, but in this case, incorrect. Really really tough call to make if you ever find yourself in that kind of situation.

Might help to be ready, but in this case the only "tactical" move would be to just hand over the money.
If at anytime I was in a position where I could do something with a degree of a chance of success I would be ready.
But any movement would assure you would die. Unless you think they were just bluffing... But that would be your gamble.

Of course if your buddy had been a LEO, he could have justifiably shot them in the back when they retreated, as he was "in fear for his life".
