I picked one up with a wood stock a couple of weeks ago at the Walmart in Woodstock for a nice $229, and then saw one later in the day at the Ellijay Walmart. Walmarts get them in pretty regularly. You just need to keep checking. Good luck!

I made a couple offers for 10/22s here but didn't get a reasonable counter. I took 10 minutes call a few local gun stores and had one in hand for under MSRP under an hour later.

When in doubt - try Walmart! I've also lucked into some .22 LR there from time-to-time at normal, pre-pandemic prices.
