I am not defending the op, just merely commenting on the rifle.This gun is listed on the Ruger website as a tactical model. I own one just like it. It does come from the factory with trigger upgrades as well as the textured finish on the receiver, rail, hogue stock, bull barrel, and bipod. Mine is consistently accurate at 300 yards with bulk ammo.

Thank you. I never said I wouldn't add anything for the right trade. Just throwing the line out for interest. Maybe one of dem dere gun grabbers isn't gettin' his 3k for a CAR 15... or I just add the difference b/w what someone with said trade options has. I'd rather huff unicorn farts then deal with some of the hot wind that keeps blowing through here. Mercy.
