Ruger Charger Archangel Brace Options

Pretty sure this will rub some people the wrong way, but don’t worry I have two of these Chargers. One I’ve left alone and then this one. I’ve currently got it in an Archangel stock. It looks like the back pops off to accept a buffer tube that I could then add a brace. A few questions.

1. How? Assuming I have a buffer tube, what additional do I need to attach it. The sling bolt looks to be too small to hold the latch plate.
2. Don’t really need a buffer tube and would rather add a picatinny brace adapter so I can use a folding brace. Anyone have any leads on where I can find this?

If you have the standard polymer stock charger, the top rear has a piece you remove and you can add one of these.-

thanks man. My other charger is in the Polymer stock but I’m more looking for the option for the Archangel stock.

JB Weld a small section of 1913 rail on the back and add SB folder to it.

Without threads, I don’t see how it would accept an M4 receiver extension.

Using screws and/or Acraglas, you can mount a short picatinny rail section back there, then use this: https://www.thordsencustoms.com/picatinny-buffer-tube-adapter/.html

Alternately, using Acraglas (or similar) and maybe a cross bolt, you can permanently attach an M4 receiver extension straight to the cavity in your chassis.

I have used these folding adapters before with good results. They cost $16. Just use a brace that mounts on a buffer tube.

Whoah....memories. This Charger has seen many modifications since I posted that. Don't recall if I ever braced it or not in that configuration. Thanks for the reply though.
