Has anyone received the material to send part of the pistol back to them? They were quick on emails being sent out, but slow on actually processing claims.

Got my mailing box and instructions yesterday, August 8.
I filed about 2 months ago. They sent me an email two days ago saying they sent a box, haven't received it yet though.
Coming from Prescott, AZ
I sent mine out on August 9, still not back by August 21.
Mailed it off August 9th, got it back on the 25th.
