Guys, I got a big question, and need some help...A friend of mine comes to me about a Ruger Super Blackhawk he wants to trade for, BUT it turns out that the gun in question was at one time in its life Stainless Steel and someone tried to blue it, which in my opinion turned it to crap. Also there is noticeable pitting on the left side top of frame, lower frame & cylinder...
What I need to know is what is this gun worth as it is..What will it cost to fix the gun to its original condition...and anything else you fine gents care to add...
Any help is appreciated....also pics added

In my opinion, its not stainless steel. Its rusty pitted carbon steel with a poor blue job. The ejector rod housing is either stainless or its the standard aluminium with the black anodize polished off.

If the bore is clean and bright, $200 or $250 as a hard working truck gun and leave it ugly.
