despite their apparent predisposition for poor driving... they sure are some durable and nimble bastards. Guy sommersaulted out of the truck, walks aways
motorcycle flips over car... tactical roll, stands up and dances.
guy hit by TWO truck... jumps out the windshield down the hood and walks away.

What amazed me was how (other than the crazy driving) most of the scenes could have been from any city here in the US.

I will count that as the thing I learned new today. In addition, "Russia averages 25.2 traffic fatalities per 100,000 people. The U.S., by comparison, had 13.9 road deaths per 100,000 people in the same year, despite having six times more cars."
I just double checked my bucket list of places to visit. Russia wasn't on it. Whew...
Was in the military during the Cold War, so I live to visit just to see what the country looked like, compared to how it was described in all the books I read during that period.
