So what revolver is better for the price? Or what’s $200 cheaper and the same or better quality?

The old Rossi non fluted revolvers are significantly less and basically a Smith clone. This one is in 44spl. I have seen them listed on ODT between $350-$450. I have seen some listed darn close to Smith prices too. Those usually sit and grow mold.
