S&W Identification and Help!!!

Does anyone have any idea what model Smith this might be and EXACTLY what cartridge it shoots? I am having to hardest time convincing myself it is a 32-20, that just looks like a rifle round to me, lol. Educate, but don't make too much fun, this is not my genre of expertise! See Pics
