Had a great work trip but glad to be back in my kitchen! Oysters on the half shell tonight. We had them raw, 3 cheese baked, and jalepeno parmesean baked. They were amazing and and went well with the creamy bacon Brussel sprouts my wife cooked. Excellent meal!!
