Savage 110

I have a Savage 110 ultralite with the spiral bolt . I have never owned a spiral bolt before and don’t particulary like the feel of the spines as i run it . I have been told by others that i just need to learn how to run it . It is what it is they say . Are there any options to replace the bolt ?

You might take some emory cloth to the edges of the fluting so they aren't so sharp.

You can also buy a new bolt body, they aren't terribly expensive.
