Savage 7mag

I have aquired a Savage 7mag recently. I can't seem to find a whole lot about this gun online, figured you guys could help.



This thing weighs a ton, I will try and get a better picture up tomorrow. Guy told me it had a Stainless Steel barrel, and it looks right, but the model number just says Savage 112, no BVSS, no FV, nothing like what I've been able to find online.

Any help telling me what this is, or what it's worth?

you can go to the Savage web site and enter the serial number to find out what it is

It appears to be a Model 12 BVSS. We sold several of them a few years back to the beanfield pipeline hunting guys out here in West Ga. They're shooters. CD

Did a serial number search, and it sure looks like a BVSS. Thanks for the help folks!
