They have done ALL kinda experiences inside the space shuttle. They even used water.

Sheesh, that is badly lopsided. "Mostly dudes" is an understatement. I heard the US was trying to put together an all female crew and thought it was just a publicity stunt but I'm for it now. Just zipped through an article and an all female crew actually makes sense for a Mars mission because they are much more calorie efficient than men.

Anyway, I'm getting sidetracked. Please continue with the sperm jokes.
