I got stung a few years ago. Scared the hell out of me for a minute. Thankfully, there are no POISONOUS scorpions in Georgia. If may swell up, but should be no worse than a bee sting.

Common around wooded areas in North GA. Seen them regularly after my exterminator treats our home perimeter.

First time seeing one here in GA. Saw them in CA while mountain biking. Good to know the ones here ain't poisonous

I’m 63 and I’ve been seeing them from Smyrna and North my entire life. They’re here but not an over abundance in most area. Jasper was the worst growing up.
