Seasoning for Red Snapper

I've got some fresh red snapper fillets, anyone have a good simple recipe for seasoning them.

I'm planning on grilling them, any tips would be appreciated. I've only grilled salmon before. We usually cook fish in the oven.

Simple a little olive oil, seasoned salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and don't over cook.

Mmmmm....red snapper, may want to try some of the wood grilling planks. Grilling fish always tastes better IMO

I always worry about over cooking fish on the grill

I use a plate setter in the BGE so it's a more indirect heat, The only thing I cook over open flame anymore is burgers and steaks.

Yeah. I've been eating it blackened almost every night this week. You can get that seasoning at the grocery. The wife has also cooked it in a tomato cream sauce, but I don't know the ingredients . I hope yall caught them like we did. There was no measuring needed.

Not a good start, was warming up the grill, went to put them on and I was out of gas. Luckily I had a back up tank. So we'll try this again
