SGI Gun Shop Review (not good)

I've never overpaid a quote. Seems like the original guy was a dip**** and you got screwed because of it.
Yeah and it seems like these two guys are getting the benefit of lack of communication between the ow er and the employee. And the way it was described at the point of pick up it seems like they have probably done this several times before.

So let's get this straight..45 bucks plus 10 bucks plus 8 bucks. Call it 65 bucks. So in reality he only charged you an extra 30 bucks off of what you were quoted once the dust settled. Could you have done it for an extra 30 bucks? Or even the 95.00 total? I'm guessing not because you took it to him to be done in the first place. Yeah maybe 135 was a good bit off of what you were quoted. Call it double. I'd be a little chapped too. So don't take anything to him to be done next time. That's a 30 dollar lesson learned. Experience is worth a lot more than 30 bucks to me. Drive to dobbs if you want to. I know where they're both located and it would take you an easy 45 minutes turn around to get back and forth. Maybe you should've gone there first..
Really?

Also forgot, the gunsmith called him yesterday and told him what the bill was going to be and he did not have any problem until he came to pick it up.
Lol not true at all. Complete lies.
He said "hey buddy, just wanted to let you know your gun is ready for pick up" so glad to know you guys are a scam as well as liers.

Yes sir, the funny thing is that I would have gladly paid $90 for the work. But let a man know please...

He was told we charge $45 an hour, and not $45 for the entire job, gunsmith called him yesterday and told him what the bill would be.

Fair enough. For the time and parts $90 doesn't sound bad to me. I don't know why Mgonza would be so upset about the price if he was told, so are you certain the gunsmith called? Were you there? It would make no sense for Mgonza to take the time here and elsewhere making these claims if he were told beforehand...

I don't know what happened, but communication had to be the problem here. So the question is, who is at fault in that regard?
