Fair enough. For the time and parts $90 doesn't sound bad to me. I don't know why Mgonza would be so upset about the price if he was told, so are you certain the gunsmith called? Were you there? It would make no sense for Mgonza to take the time here and elsewhere making these claims if he were told beforehand...

I don't know what happened, but communication had to be the problem here. So the question is, who is at fault in that regard?

Either his employee is trying to get out of **** or they are both just trying to cover it up. I am a very chill person and my demeanor on The ODT reflects that. I never get into drama, I never call people out and I just generally like to have a good time with folks. but this was just bull****.

With all honesty. The employee that I spoke to was very cool. He was nice and had great customer service miscommunication? yes, but he was fine to deal with.
