"Shady advertising" on GB listings?

I have a box that has no label at all on it....hasn't had one since I bought it. Prob fell off from the original owner who I purchased the pistol from . I've had it for some 25+ years....

I would accept that over a fake label because, it's probably more accurate than trying to fake it. Just My Opinion. Thanks.

Lol, yeah. Dude wrote his name, address , phone number on the inside of the box lid ! Lol...I still have it.

Look up Nazi pistols on gunbroker and guns America. Its 10x worse. Tons of fakes and chop shop items. Buyer beware.

Thanks for all the comments. I wish these sellers would just be honest and say "box included is period correct but not original to this gun". Or, "unknown if the box shown is original to this gun". I see nothing wrong with that.

To be fair, a lot of the sellers do say that the box is period correct but not the original box, or that they grips are period correct but not the original grips. So, we are talking about a few sellers not all of them.
