Very nice shooting rifle! Excellent grouping there Kemosabe. I will be using a AR-10 in either 6.5 Creedmoor or a AR-10 in 308 two self built rifles. This is a target from the 6.5 Creedmoor. This was a quick 5 shot group I did last week for something on a thread. The 308 is about the same or maybe a hair more open then the Creedmoor but I really haven't shot the real good ammo out of the .308 yet. I just scoped the 308 a few weeks ago but just ran some of the white box XM80C generic stuff.

I may be sporting a new Bergara 6.5 PRC this year if I can make up my mind on which model. I have the money put up for it. I just keep going from one model to the other. 🤣 I may just take this one out if I can't settle on one. It's a Howa 6.5 PRC and groups as well as the the other two I mentioned. Any one of them will get the job done.

A timeless classic and blue steel and gloss wood. A truly, truly beautiful rifle! That's what I grew up hunting with and I just can't enough. I love it!

Thank you my friend! The only thing about the rifle I don't like is the Wilson Combat handguard. It's a cheap piece of junk. I think I paid 175 but it wasn't worth it. I'm going to change over to an SLR Rifle Works at some point but not til after the season..

I guess that was 100yds. If so, very good. A little different stock than I'd picked. But proofs in the pudding, shoots well. That's everything to me. Need to try and move it a little to the right and slightly up. Personally, I zero a little high at a 100yds. I ring the bell every time.....

I have taken my 6.8 SPC ll out a few times but never got a close enough shot. If I had my 6.5 PRC a few years ago instead of the 6.8 I could have tagged a massive trophy monster. That was a sad day in the mountains of VA.
