I have the ported full size 9mm performance series. Recoil is very tame but not a huge fan of the trigger reset. It doesn't click or have indication it reset and several times a session I think it reset but didn't. Pull it back and nothing happens.
I hate M&P triggers. Had a m&p 9c a few years ago, was gonna be my carry gun but the trigger killed it for me. Traded it, went glock, and never looked back. They say the shield triggers are way better, but I dont think I can ever get past the half fold trigger safety. Makes the take up feel longer than it actually is. Plus it is hard to beat that super snappy reset on a glock once you get used to them (which doesnt take long)

just get a 43 or 26, get the slide and barrel milled and throw some true glows on it. You can shoot my 26 on the 7th. It isnt ported, but it does have fiber optic night sights.

Wonder if it's offered in a no safety version?
Is it available? I didn't even find it in S&W website.
I didn't see the ported with no safety...may have to call on that one
