Guy was actually in court earlier, they had taken a break and he was supposed to come back later for a plea. My boss's wife works in the court house, has been keeping us updated. She was in the court room earlier when he first showed up.

It's a good quality video taken by a construction worker from across the street.

He's saying on FB that several news agencies are trying to get it from him.

It doesn't show the perp but it does show his car and the LEO's closing in, shooting and then retreating as they realize there may be explosives in his car.
