If the guy came in drunk and they asked him to leave, OK.
If he drank too much in the bar, I would think the bar is libel for letting him over drink. It's been 25 years since I was going out drinking and the bar owners I knew would not let a person leave if they were drunk without trying to get them a taxi.

My wife says she used to hang out and play trivia at that bar but it had a different name then, maybe 5 or 6 years ago. She says she can't figure out why the folks in the bar weren't returning fire.

News like this doesn't surprise me at all these days, some fellas just can't handle their liquor. Glad that no one was killed or seriously injured, could've been REALLY bad.

Morales was injured will (he meant to say "while") the patrons were detaining him. Some patrons "fled the scene." Hmmmm? Injuring a Morales and fleeing the scene could be chargeable offenses. Was Morales just a misunderstood and bullied victim defending himself?

Good thing Morales didn't injure himself while driving drunk or shooting into an establishment or crashing through a structure or get hurt by some hero preventing Morales from reloading....or that may have been required to be worded in the release...

Aggravated assault, a felony in Georgia, is an assault that is committed: with the intent to rob, rape or murder. with a deadly weapon or any object that can be or is used in a manner that results in serious bodily injury or strangulation, or. by discharging a firearm from a vehicle. Why not Attemped Murder in the first degree or second degree? Now I’m confused!!
