I'm trying to finish a few of my MCX builds and had some questions about MCX barrel compatibility between each MCX Upper Gen 1 Legacy, Gen 2 Virtus / Rattler and, Gen 3 Spear LT / Rattler LT
My questions is, can a newer gen barrels fit into a older gen upper? In my case what I want to do is fit a MCX Rattler LT 6.75" Barrel and a Spear LT BCG in a Gen 1 MCX Legacy upper with no problem and modification? And will each Gen own handguard also fit properly and match the cut out for the gas adjustment system built in the barrel?
