Silencer hack

I discovered last weekend at the range that one of the handle covers for a fajita skillet will fit on a 1in 22 silencer to remove it while it’s hot, and since the end is closed you can use it as a cover / case.

I wish I could find a bigger version for my rifle cans now.

WalMart sells a red taco pot holder that works also. I also got a large silicone tray to set them in while they cool.

This is a good idea. My LGS has Silencer Shop logoed pot holders. They're free. I grab a couple every time I'm there.
