Since bourbon is getting stupid….

Coming from a guy that's been around the block a few times. I don't see how more demand and harder to find makes it taste any better. I do understand sitting in a barrel for 8-12 yrs or taking a ride on a ship in a cask around the world adds to the production cost. This is a site for ammo flippers not bourbon. CHEERS!

On a whim last Saturday I bought a bottle of Jefferson bourbon, 92 pts on some rating scale, 1 better than 4 Roses. So I thought I'd give it a try. I only needed a very small amount for my NY style cheesecake. But I had to taste test it first before using it. It's nice, not too spicy, good vanilla notes. I personally found it a bit light on overall flavor or robustness, but it is a very sippable (Is that a word?) bourbon for about $35.
