Since everybody is drinking the glock koolaid.... heckler and koch anybody?

I wanna like HK, I really do. I liked almost everything about The two USP's I owned. (45 tactical, and 40 full size) love the grip, loved the look, like the ergonomics, great quality. Just couldn't get past the trigger. Worst I've ever shot in a handgun. Bought the 45 tactical cause it was supposed to have a "match" trigger. Nope, still couldn't shoot it accurately for nothing.

Make sure it really has the match trigger. Dukeyjoe's HK .45 tactical with the "match trigger" wasn't. HK in Columbus corrected it for him. The triggers are supposedly easy to change out. I haven't seen the need to mess with mine. That said I did work on my Glock 34 trigger. All the other Glocks are factory stock and get better with trigger time.

Try a CZ-100 if you can still find one. That has got to be the worst trigger ever.

When I bought my first, it was cheap and "looked cool." What a mistake! Better than a rock, but I couldn't hit much past 7 yards. 14 lbs pull that was gritty as a gravel road and long too. Once you've shot one of those for a while, it'll make you appreciate just about everything else.

I ended up trading it, cause I never wanted to shoot it. Just left it in the safe and took other things. I'd be open to try again, but I'd have to shoot it before I bought one.

Ive owned a few Glocks (22, 23, 27,19), a few Sigs (p220, p6, p2022), and one H&K (uspc 45). All three brands were great guns that worked great, but the H&K is by far the one I liked the most. I could see Sig getting money from me again, but I dont think I would ever get a Glock again, they just dont feel right in my hand.
