Since everybody is drinking the glock koolaid.... heckler and koch anybody?

the only bad thing from cz

i mean it works, but ya the trigger is straight ass

It didn't stop me from later buying an 85 and then a 75 SA. The 100 was a good starter pistol - something to see if I even enjoyed handgun shooting or not. At $350, it wasn't a terrible deal. When I pulled that 85 trigger for the first time, I almost j*zzed my pants.:laser:

Love'em! Had a USP 9 for 15+ years now and recently bought a USPc 40. Grew up with H&K in Germany, using MP 5's for years - nothing's better IMO. The Austrian counterpart is a very good alternative, but at the end of the day it's personal preference for me and I'll stick with my USPs!

HK is the tits. Period. They are expensive and I like that. Looks better when you whip it out at the range.
However... I think the big picture here is that you've got to own both. When the SHTF you will be able to repair scavange Glock parts much easier. HK won't be the weapon you find on the dead zombie. It will be a Glock. So do what I did. Get both. G17 and a HK45. If all else fails the Glock will double as a hammer while rebuilding humanity.

You know I've changed my philosophy on this. I thought I need the most common gun in a SHTF but let's face it...in a Mad Max world I'll eventually run across that glock or two or ten or a hundred.
