If I recall correctly there are people here who feel that they should give the government the authority to pick and choose when and to whom the constitution applies. Why don't you just say to yourself "I don't think that the constitution applies to all free american citizens" and see if it sounds as stupid to you as it does to me.
Hopefully the second guy will be charged with the murder of the other. I don't think dropping someone off near a hospital is the appropriate action if you want to prevent their death.If Mom will bring him to my house I'll teach the young Jedi in the fine art of Gun fighting so that next time neither of the thugs shall leave the house walking
