You think it's dumbed down because an immigrated child less capable of learning than your child?
Does lil Jose have a genetic predisposition to be less intelligent than his peer?

Lol .I happen to work for school system so yes I have seen it personally decline.The grade scale and curve has changed drastically since the 90s.Common core = Common crap!

I think we can all agree in the decline of basic education in our schools and your right! Also your critique of the feedback. But the whole dumbed down for Jose thing was pretty racist. It may now have been meant as that, but I can understand his response. Ignorance has no color and there's plenty to go around.
