•1-12" twist, 6 grooves, right hand twist
•7.62mm chamber (shoot either 7.62mm or .308)
•This 7.62mm caliber barrel is 16" long, threaded the standard 5/8 x 24 tpi, and has an panther style flash hider
•The barrel has a low profile gas block for fitment internal to the DRD Tactical QD Rail
•1 in 12 twist barrels, and all external steel parts, are manganese phosphate finished IAW 5.3.1.2 of Mil-STD-171, the U. S. government's recommended protective finish for steel
•This finish not only looks great, it affords complete corrosion protection
•This contour is the perfect balance between light weight, heat dissipation, and accuracy
•The quick change barrel system is mounted to a custom billet upper receiver with built in Mil-spec M1913 Picatinny accessory rail, with the correct rail numbers engraved
•The buttstock tube is the mil spec thickness (1.145" OD) M4 buttstock (not the cheaper commercial carbine buttstock)
•This buttstock features 6 positions for maximum shooter comfort, reinforced honeycomb design for heavy duty use.
