Sleep

I think that OP means night time sleep is a series of naps. I feel our pain, my sleep is erratic due to travel, time zones, alcohol, good mattresses and bad mattresses.
In for answers I made note of some of the supplements.
Melatonin gives me a crushing headache.

Yeah I got a couple of tips
The room needs to be as cold as you can stand it
(If you aren't married)
The room needs to be 100% dark, not a single shed of light or electronics lighting up the room
Remove the tv from your room
Exercise everyday
Wear a sleeping mask
(If you couldn't get the room completely dark)
Don’t drink any liquids after 6PM to prevent you from getting up in the middle of the night
Make sure you have a good enough mattress And it doesn’t need replacing
No more napping during the day
All I can think of right now
 
I have picked up a lot of great tips. Im 43 and after Friday nights high school football and my daughter going to get something to eat after it was a late night. I found myself taking a long nap Saturday and Sunday. It killed my weekend. I accomplished nothing. I am taking notes. I am about to cut out my naps.
