Do you really think the speed limits are somehow related to safety? Some roads are 70 and could safety be 80, and some should be 60. A Porsche at 70 is a hell of a lot safer than a 1970 VW Beetle at 70.

I don't recall him ever saying anything about the left lane. I agree with Bypass though, Georgia has a serious speeding problem which they are not interested in addressing because it generates revenue. Most states will give you 5 over and 10 over will land you an expensive ticket. Most states will cite you for 6 over.

In Georgia 25 over is a 4 point violation and a super speeder fine. In New Mexico 25 over is loss of license for a year and 3 months in the pokey.


I hate Georgia drivers.

Then why worry about what others are doing that don't effect you? You cant really speed in the right lanes which you say you use so . . . . If Joe blow runs 100 mph in the left hammer lane and kills somebody while it sucks and is bad but how does that concern you?
